updating Plugins

  • I have made updating to all my plugins and after that I have received an email from wordpress telling me ” that I have technical error and they send me a link to get access by recovery mode
    but unfortunately the password was not work
    And I try to change it from cpanel fro phpmyadmin but It does not work at all
    I do not know what to to do

    I can,t access my site dashboard
