• Hi,

    I have a couple plugins that need to be updated. Is there a resources or place that I can check to see if there are any known conflicts or fatal errors before doing the updates? I am not a developer, so if I get a fatal error I would have no idea how to correct the problem(s).

    Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) 5.3.10 to 6.0.1
    Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media) 2.4.8 to 2.5.1
    PHP version 7.1 to 7.3

    Thanks for your help in advance!

    There should be no issue with it. We always recommend our users to run latest version of PHP.

    PLease disregard this message….I just got an update on the Sydney Theme and everything works again as it should! Thanxxx!!

    Dear AThemes, I did experience just now a major problem after the latest update. My website was not showing anymore and WordPress deactivated the Sydney Theme because it was giving problems. I had to uninstall the “Sydney Toolbox” plugin in order for my website to work again.

    Off course I appreciate all the hard work you guys are doing and if there is a fix for this problem, all the better!

    Thanx in Advace!

    Hello @jappiecr,

    Please try these steps:

    1. Access your site’s folder over FTP client program;
    2. Go to root_folder/wp-content/plugins directory;
    3. Delete permanently the sydney-toolbox folder;
    4. Login to your site’s admin area (/wp-admin);
    5. Instal and activate the Sydney Toolbox from plugin installer’s search menu (Dashboard > Plugins > Add New).
