    Hi,

I was updating some plugins inside WordPress, including Responsive Menu. After I had finished, I cleared cache. Then this error message came up (only display on the webpage):

“Responsive Menu requires PHP 5.4 or higher. You are still on 5.3.29”

When I clicked back on my web browser, all plugins that I had updated had gone back to their previous versions. And when I tried updating them again, it didn’t work as only above error message comes up. From that time, I can no longer access my webpage as well as not login to my WordPress control panel. Only the error message shows up. The website is https://www.flowersglobal.org.

    How can this be fixed?

    Mel

    @ kakalardoa,
The hosting provider support team wrote that the problem was caused because the software installed on my website required php version 5.4 or higher to operate while the active php version for my account was 5.3. They changed it to php version 5.4 in my account (PHP configuration menu). Hope this helps.

thanks a lot, it worked! i was able to find and tweak the settings myself in my hosting user panel. it was trial and error as i had several versions of php available, all higher than that 5.5.
