    Hello,
Updating this plugin causes my uploads to not show up as attachments in the email sent.

I have this on 2 sites right now and both sites have the same problem after I update the plugin. I have tried both checking and unchecking the Send Attachment as Links? checkbox and neither works.

The plugin works when I am on v1.3.3 but does not work when I try updating it to the latest version. I am on WordPress 5.5.1.
Note: This has been an issue ever since I tried updating to version 1.3.3.1, I just have not had the time to look into it so it’s remained out of date.

Here is the Contact->Drag & Drop screenshot from one of the sites

And the Contact form Mail tab

    Hello @kierrapalmer ,

Please check & make sure you unchecked “Send file as links” option.

Then add [uploaded-files] in “File attachment” field under Mail Tab.

    Thank You.

In Contact->Drag & Drop Upload, I only see an option that says “Send Attachment as links?” That option is unchecked. Adding [uploaded-files] sends the file as a link. Is there no longer a way to send the file as an attachment?

You can send the file as attachment.

Make sure to add [uploaded-files] in “File attachment” field under Mail Tab.

Adding [uploaded-files] under “File attachment” seems to have fixed that. It is odd that I have been using this plugin on two sites for over a year now and have never had to add that before. But I am glad it is now fixed and the plugin can be updated.
Thank you for your help and prompt replies.
