Updating Plugin Caused WordPress to Experience Fatal Error

    Hello,

    We installed the latest update to version 2.9.9.6 and as soon as that was complete, WordPress crashed.

    In order to get the site back up, we had to deactivate the Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin.

    This happened once before and the following day, there was an update that fixed it.

    How can we help trap this ?

    Hi @oncoursegoggles,

    We checked this but can’t replicate this issue in our end. Maybe you have some issues with plugin conflict. Try to deactivate all other plugin and only activate WooCommerce and AST and check again.
