Updating Plugin Breaks Website

    Currently running Version 1.15.2, when updating plugin a critical issue is caused on the website and breaks it. I tried to update to each version between 1.15.2 and 1.15.9 and the website breaks in any case. How can this be fixed? I am using the same plugin and theme on other websites and everything is working fine.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
