    Hello,

    We recently ran some updates on this site, and found that updating the Advanced Shipping Method plugin causes shipping to stop working. I get the “there are no shipping methods available” notice on checkout.

    Are there any fixes for this, or troubleshooting that might point us in the right direction?

    Hello @designspinners,
    Unfortunately some plugins conflict with each other, therefore we want you to test if your problem still exists in a controlled environment. Follow Below step

    1) Deactivate all plugins.

    2) Switch to an unaltered default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen.

    3) Does the issue remain?

    If yes, the issue is not caused by our plugin.

    If not, continue.

    4) Activate only WooCommerce and Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method WooCommerce Plugins. Does the issue remain?

    If yes, the issue is caused by our plugin.

    If not, That means conflict with another plugin so you can check one by one which plugin is conflict.

    If still getting issue then you can check the woocommerce general setting for shipping. Also, our support panel is available so you can create the support ticket for that: https://store.multidots.com/dotstore-support
