Updating php files…only admin can see changes?

    Making some minor changes to my theme and when I’m logged in to my account, the changes show up fine. But if I log out or ask any of my friends to view the blog, none of the changes I’ve made show up.

    So I’m wondering, is there a wait time for changes to take place? Otherwise I’m really confused why the changes to the .php files show up when I’m logged in but not when I’m logged out, or for other people in general
