Updating Paypal Plugin

Received an email from PayPal today to update my woocommerce plugin to accept venmo/pay later. Watched the Youtube instructional video and followed along. In the “PayPal” plugin set up, I click “activate PayPal”. It opens a small window to Paypal. I log into Paypal and agree to allow my PayPal to connect with Woocommerce. I agree and accept. Paypal says all is well and redirects me back to Woocommerce. Woocommerce then tells me “We could not complete the onboarding process.” I have recreated this error on chrome, bing & my phone.

Please help. My old “PayPal Standard” plugin is also now not working since the latest update, so my cart is dead in the water.
