Updating page information no longer works

I apologize in advance because this topic could be somewhere in the forums. I am only posting because I searched for a long time with no results.

I am relatively new at all of this, which I am sure you hear all the time, so bear with me.

I have been editing in customizr for sometime and everything has gone well. Recently, I thought I would take advantage of the jetpack for hassle-less contact page. Everything seemed to be going smoothly but when I accessed my site from another computer, when I was not logged in, none of my changes were visible – including other new content I posted on my end. My first thought was I failed to save something but everything seemed saved. I tried deactivating plugins and nothing got better.

Any tips or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated. I can screen shot anything necessary or post.
