Updating page attachment text

I published this story early in January. I hadn’t noticed the text was incorrect on my page attachments then, but have since then noticed. The links all work well, however I’ve noticed the same text describing the attachment is the same throughout the entire story. In the editor, it’s all correct – changing the name of each outerwear piece to describe the page attachment, etc. However when I update it, it still remains the same labeled as ‘Parka’. The title in the editor is accurate, but when published the text on the page attachments don’t change as they should. It doesn’t seem to be updating correctly.
