    Hi all,

    Just getting to grips with Woo and have a minor irritating problem.

    If i set an order as completed through the WP admin page, I get an email with ‘new order received’.

    If i set it to completed via the android app, it will show as ‘cancelled’ on the WP admin page.

    Have i set something up wrong?

    This indeed sounds quite odd. I’d recommend checking the email settings at WooCommerce>Settings>Emails to ensure that the correct emails are set to send.

    If those are indeed correct, the next step would be to test for conflicts.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
