• Hi,
When I try to update Ocean Extra plugin, my sub-menu items no longer appear.
It’s working fine with Ocean Extra v 1.4.18, but not with next versions.
I already tried de-activating all other plugins.
    Thanks

  • Hello,

Can you please link to your site and share a screenshot of the issue?

    Hi,

If you hover the main menu, you will see the problem.

The production site with Ocean Extra v 1.4.18:
    https://www.thibaud-leroy.fr/

The test site with Ocean Extra v 1.5.7 where the sub-menu items don’t appear:
    https://easymail.me/thibaudleroy2/

Can you try to disable all the plugin except Ocean Extra and check it works or not? If it works, then enable other plugins one by one to check which is causing the issue.

As I mentionned in my first message, I already tried de-activating all other plugins.
I also tried the CSS code snippet available on your website.

Try to follow the below steps and check it fixes the issue or not.

    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Increase the memory limit to 512M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
    3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not
    4. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version
    5. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all – save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.

    1. PHP version is 7.1
    2. Memory limit is set to 512M
    3. All plugins are disable except Ocean Extra and Elementor (if I disable Elementor, I see no menu at all)
    4. All plugins and theme are updated to latest version
    5. I went to Theme Panel > Script & Styles, disabled them all, saved, then enabled them all
    6. I cleared my browser cache
    The problem remains the same.

I checked the source code of both site and found that the menu is not loading the menu classes, therefore, it is not working. Can you try to use ‘>>Custom Header Nav’ widget to display the menu?

Where can I find this Custom Headder Nav widget?

Ok, I found it in the Elementor widgets of My Library.
    And it works.
    Thanks

Glad to hear that it is fixed!
