Updating my site map

You can update it at anytime and Google Webmaster tool will fetch the changes.

The question was nos answered completely – there is still “How do I do it” pending – does Google XML Sitemaps make it automatically or should I do it myself, if latter – then – how?

If I remember correctly, there isn’t any way in my dashboard within the plugin to update my sitemap. So my question is the same, how do I do it? If I need to?
