Updating MultilingualPress

    Dear customer support,

    I am trying for some time to update MultilingualPress v2.5.0 to the latest.
    Unfortunately without success, after update whole website lock up. Recent attempt to update to version 2.11.0 ended in white screen – non functional WP, despite update ended successfully. Could you please advice or help with the issue.

    Other parameters:

    web server IIS7.5
    php 5.6.33
    Genesis Version: 2.4.2

    Hi.

    Please active the WP_DEBUG mode, so that you get a error message after the update, that helps to understand the problem. In several other scenarios works the update, so that I currently not have any idea.
