updating inner links in posts

Hi, since I changed the domain name of my blog, almost all the inner links in the posts were lost. what i would like to know is how to update in a? all embracing manner the inner links, so i wouldn’t have to update them one by one in each and every post.
i would realy appreciate a tip,
