Updating .htaccess no longer works

    In normal case if settings for Mobile View or webp replacement are done LSCWP updates .htaccess to add or to remove rewrite rules for the right cache varies. This function no longer works correctly.

    After fresh install of LSCWP it still works, but if settings for Mobile View or|and webp replacement are done this update function no longer works and .htaccess still contains the rules for Guest Mode and webp replacement. This issue always happens if Guest Mode is enabled, but it doesn’t matter if Guest Optimization is ON or OFF. If Guest Mode is disabled the update function works as expected.

    LSCWP version: 5.2, but this issue also happens with previous versions.
