Did you clear all caches?
Try it with lightspeed disabled

It turned out to be the PHP version. All is good now except the “Edit” button after My Choice, Delete, Edit on the front end of albums.

If you still remember: What was the wrong php versionb? What is your current php version?

Try a different ajax method in Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 5: Frontend Ajax method

Can you please de-activate litespeed, so i can better investigate???

I am absolutely sure that the litespeed cache contains obsolete wppa javascript. It contains the var wppaDebug while this var does not exists in the current wppa version.

So, if you want to re-activate litespeed cache, make sure all its cache files are re-made!!!!

I get this error in the browser console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: wppaDebug is not defined

This proves the litespeed cache is not up-to-date

As many of US are facing the same problem (WP Photo Album Plus):

The problem seems to lie with the manufacturer of the plugin!!!!!!!
