Hi @jordia – as the customizations in a child theme are specific to the parent theme being used – It’s not really possible for those to come across to a different parent theme.

Can you tell me a little more about the kind of customizations you have in place?

    Hello jordesign,

I appreciate your response and very helpful insight. Your clarification sheds light on why I received no response when I first posted a similar inquiry several months ago.

You know the address to my website. The customizations are primarily in the banner, header, and footer. I also have some additional CSS.

    Thank you.

Hi @jordia – the short answer is that it won’t really be possible to keep those customizations with the theme switch. The good news is that Twenty Twenty-Four makes it easy to make those kinds of customizations again.

    Hello jordesign,

    Much appreciated.

My next step will now be to create the site in a testing environment to avoid any disruption to my website.

    Many thanks.
