Updating failed when saving page

  • Dear developers,
    I’ve been recommended to use the quiz tool light and it seems very promising. However I have a problem when I try to save the pages with my shortcodes. I’m unable to produce a preview and when I save I get the error message “updating failed”. Do you have any suggestions.

    Hi – apologies for the delay replying, I’ve been on holiday, and sorry to hear about the problems you’ve been having.

    Is this using GB?

    Sorry, I mean Gutenberg editor. Rather than the classic editor.

    Ok, thanks. Yes I use the Gutenberg editor as I understand it, but I’m starting to think that the Classic editor would be more suitable for my needs. Would the Classic editor work better with this quiz tool lite?
