    Hello, thank you for replying.

    1. Using WPFunnel Basic as of now
    2. Tried updating via plugin menu. No update option available in plugin section so tried to downgrade and upgrade/ re-install but nothing works.

Also, I tired all the methods available on the internet like disable all the plugin and switch to basic WP theme, Permalinks, and reinstalling it. Not just my design but if i import any new template to WPfunnel i’m unable to edit it. When i edit and click on save it gives the JSON error.

Tried switching the elementor builder and it works, the only problem with it is i can not edit it properly in elementor builder also lots of section breaks.

Hi @akay2906 , thanks for sharing the details.

Based on what you shared, this could be a compatibility issue with the latest Elementor.

Can you share the versions of Elementor and/or Elementor Pro you are using?

Then we can run some tests from our end and confirm this. Once we detect the issue, we will be able to find a quick solution.

    Thanks.

Hi, Thank you for your reply.

I’m using Elementor Version 3.26.4 but the issue is not elementor. I am using gutenberg editor to edit it. I am getting error ” Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” When ever i hit on save button. I tried to switching to elementor and it works, I can edit the template with it and save/plublish it without any error but unable to update/edit in Gutenberg editor.

I tried to shift to elementor to edit the template but in elementor it’s quite hard to edit WPfunnel templates and unable to properly change any setting/attributes of section like in gutenberg.

PS: Same thing is working just fine on my different domain ( i created in here then migrated it to main domain). I thought it might be issue from hosting/domain/installing. so i tried to reinstall/migrate it also tried different hosting with different domain name but no luck. Only the first website work perfectly fine without any error.

Hi @akay2906 , we have run some tests from our end with Gutenberg, but I’m afraid, we couldn’t find a similar case on our latest plugins.

In this case, it would be best if you reach us directly via our support email with error logs, versions of WPFunnels & WPFunnels Pro, and a screenshot of what you see. Then we will try to assist you with your case more effectively.

    Thanks.
