  • I’m trying out the free version before getting the upgrade – but when adding the shortcode to a page and trying to save it I get:

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    PHP Version: 7.4.15
    Wordpress Version: 5.6.2
    Plugin Version: 2.21
    Current Theme: Astra

    Hi @rockyshark,

    How are you editing the page?

    Try using the classic editor.

    It is also generally recommended to use a basic theme with our plugin because our plugin essentially hijacks the whole screen interface. I test with Twenty Sixteen.
