Hi, I updated WordPress to the latest release and asked to try Gutenberg, however, it says an error while I’m editing. I deployed another WordPress blog today. It seems to work well. Except it is a freshly installed server. Both server configuration is almost identical. PHP7, Apache 2.4, Ubuntu 18.04, etc.

I tried health check plugin and enabled only Gutenberg, still have an issue. https://cl.ly/3Q1y1i3w2D1u/chrome_2018-08-03_11-15-52.png

    Hiya,

Do you by any chance use CloudFlare, if so you may be affected by a recently discovered issue (a workaround is available) there, and we are working with them to resolve it.

If you are not using CloudFlare, would you be able to look in your error log and see if there’s any problems reported there?

I’ve confirmed that mentioned Cloudflare WordPress WAF rule is the reason. As soon as disable it, It seems to work okay.

Excellent, we will hopefully get that sorted with CloudFlare directly, but for now that’s the solution I’m afraid.

    Same problem using cloudfare ??

Same issue. Really like it but can’t save anything. Will switch back until this is resolved. Looks exciting.

If you are using CloudFlare, see the current workaround above.

If not, please do create your own topic as your issue will be unrelated to the one stated in this thread, to avoid any more “me too” related replies I am closing this thread to new posts.
