Updating failed

Hi guys. Thank you for creating this plugin.
When created my first virtual tour, it works perfect when preview within your dashboard, however, when i try to preview post (with the short code) in my page it says “updating failed” inside my wp dashboard and the preview page of my post never loads, it stucks on W (loading) screen.
