updating failed

  • I cannot edit and update pages. Also, when I log in the url bar says not secure. Sometimes I cannot log in at all because it says I must enable cookies, but the cookies are enabled. I am not good with web stuff. The thing is it works fine at my work computer, a mac, using chrome. But at home, using a mac and chrome or any other browser, does not work. Have restarted, reset all my Chrome settings, cleared cookies and cache. Tired, going to bed and will see if any answers can help tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

  • I suppose that in your host server is https in use, but in your WP is not, so that causes the “insecure connection error”.

    An easy fix for that is to install a SSL plugin, which turns your links to https automatically. One good plugin for that is Really Simple SSL
