Updating existing posts

  • This plugin is amazing. I was wondering if there’s a way to update existing posts from a CSV file?
    At the moment I’m constantly having to update each post individually which takes ages.

  • Yes.

    As stated in the plugin description/documentation, you can include a post_id column in your CSV.

    ID or post_id: (int) post id.
    This value is not required. The post ID is already exists in your blog, importer will update that post data. If the ID is not exists, importer will trying to create a new post with suggested ID.
