Updating Contacts Page – Wonn't go live on site

So I am trying to update a name on our contact page.

I’ve made the necessary edits in the visual box and hit the blue “update button”. When I go to view the page through wordpress it shows the update, but when I go live on the site the old data is still there. What else do I need to do to get this update published? I have had other friends check the site from their computers and it is still not updated – so I don’t think a cached page is to blame here.
