Updating CommentLuv plugin

Every time I log into my wordpress site I have the message:
CommentLuv Premium
You have version 3.0.3.3 installed. Update to 3.0.3.4

I update and it says:
Downloading update from https://www.commentluv.com/?get_upgrade=yes&file=commentluv-premium-v3.0.3.4.zip…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Removing the old version of the plugin…
Plugin updated successfully.

I’ve done this several times now, any suggestions?
