Updating automatic Store Opening Hours on Website

  • Hi! I am needing help to fix the automatic store opening hours on the home page on my website.
    I believe I need to upload a CSV file but I can’t seem to find the template.

    Also my Instagram feed is no longer working. There is an error message “Admin warning:there is one or more private user in this feed”
    How do I fix this?

  • What do you need a CSV file to update the opening hours? Which eCommerce plugin are you using?

    If you are using a plugin to display Instagram Feeds, I suggest you to contact the developer. That error means that there’s possibly an API change and the plugin needs to be updated.

    The store opening hours automatically display each day on our website’s home page. I apparently need to upload a CSV file/excel file which outlines the correct times per day. However I don’t have a template for the file which means I don’t know how to input the information correctly.
    I am new to wordpress – how would I find which plugin I am using?

    Apparently, Instagram changed the API, and it might take a while until the developers fix the issue or get approval from Instagram to access the API

    No problem, thank you for letting me know! In the meantime is there anything I can do to fix it?

    I couldn’t load a screen shot to this forum, however I have a link below to the screenshot.

    I couldn’t find that plugin. Can you check those “write review” links or post the plugin name? May be it has some documentation
