    I have NextGEN Pro.
    I recently found that I couldn’t make changes to albums on my site. Contacted support who requested access to the system to investigate. I received an email telling me they had “updated the album for you and it should be working better now”.
    Which it is. THAT album. I CAN’T CHANGE ANY OTHER ALBUM ON THE WEBSITE.

    The NextGEN Pro popup on the page for the album has a button at the bottom that says “Insert Displayed Gallery”. All the other pages have a NextGEN popup with a button that still says “Save Changes”…

    WHAT did they DO to update the one album, ’cause I have a bunch of others that are still totally screwed. I TRIED going into gallery, doing Manage Albums, selecting an album and hitting “Update”. It doesn’t do anything…

    HOW DO I DO WHATEVER NextGEN support did on ALL THE OTHER ALBUMS?

    @skyykorat – As a NextGEN Pro Subscriber you should be contacting our support team directly. As we have no method to connect a user in these forums to our support requests I do not know exactly what might have been done to help you with the one album although I suspect it would be removing the ID parameter from the generated shortcode translation of the album you were having issues modifying.
