Updating a Plugin's readme.txt File

  • I released my first plugin yesterday, Query from Content Shortcode.

    I realized my readme.txt file wasn’t formatted correctly, so I’ve tried updating it, using TortoiseSVN.

    Below are the steps I’ve taken, but no luck. Am I missing something?

    1. Moved new readme file into trunk.
    2. Commit the entire plugin to save the changes to /trunk to the repository

    Also, I noticed there is nothing listed in the tags folder, either on my local machine or WordPress servers. Is this the actual problem?

    So I noticed in the repository my readme.txt file is showing the current and correct formatting, but it’s still not showing the updated version on my plugin description page. Any ideas????
