[UPDATE]smiletag shoutbox, admin panel moderation added

Well finally, I finished version 2.3 of smiletag.

This is a major feature enhancements, including:
– Admin Panel (edit/delete messages, moderate, ban, add smilies, configure, etc), see the demo here. The plugin version doesn’t need login page like this demo.
– Message Moderation
– Outputs Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional code, so smiletag won’t break your site again.

For those of you who use smiletag, I suggest to upgrade to this version. It will make a lot of thing easier.
