updates/emails are not being sent

When a user post a new topic or anything on the group no emails are sent to group member. The group is set to “All emails”
I tried all the suggestion at the link https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-group-email-subscription/wiki but nothing worked. Group still not sending updates/emails.
I am using the WordPress 4.6.1
Any idea how to fix it.
