Updates to Readme don’t require a new version

Just a note to alert you that if an update is only to the ‘header’ of the plugin, you don’t need to create a new version of the plugin.

All you need to do is update the readme.txt file in your plugin, and upload that change to your WP repository area. WP will notice that change and display the new info in the plugin details screen, and an update by all your users is not required.
