Updates to images, aren’t being changed in save or preview

I deleted the background image, and logo from my website. Uploaded new ones and added them to the plugin. However when I save, or preview, it’s the same html. Cleared cache also. It appears that once there is an image or logo in there, it still remembers it. Not sure what else to do.
