Updates of a mobile version active only for a while

    Hi there, I would like to report a potential bug with publishing updates on a mobile version of a site. I have been working today in Edit live mode (responsivity – cell phone) in Avada business theme. Updates were visible and live immediately on cell phone when I checked it. But about one hour later, recent changes were no more visible (old version displayed on phone). The same problem happened over and over again.

    Hi @veronika99 – One thing to check would be whether this issue only occurs with the Avada theme (in which case I’d recommend reaching out to Avada’s support).

    If you check edit the mobile version of the site – does it still show the new version? Or has it reverted as well?

    It showed the old version. I just tried to change it one more time, lets see what happens ??

    Thanks @veronika99 – so it sounds like the whole site is reverting back to a previous version. Are you able to check with your host to see if they are restoring a backup, or doing something like that?

    Hi @jordesign thanks again for your help. It looks like the problem got solved by itself! Maybe it was just a temporary bug. The mobile version is now showing up correctly and not reverting to old versions.
