    I have wasted hours doing then redoing edits in this survey plugin and they don’t take. I am very careful about clicking both “save” and “save and exit” after every edit but my edits do not take. I just spent 1.5 hours editing my survey 3x and they are very simple edits. Change questions and move questions and THEY DO NOT SHOW UP after my edits. This is extremely frustrating.

    I’ve tried repasting codex in the WP page. I’ve cleared cache. Nothing is working. This is incredibly frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue? If yes, what was your fix. We are on the pro version.

    Also, i added emails to send submissions to and have not received any emails. Do we need to add our SMTP credentials? or…?

    I am sorry for the problem you are experiencing.

    As to the first case.
    I want to mention, that we already provided you with a new fixed zip file via email. So, you can check out your Inbox to find it.

    As to the second case, connected to the email not being received.
    Please make sure you have set the Email question type for the survey.

    If you enabled this question type, and still are experiencing this problem, then, most presumably, there is an incorrectly configured setting in the SMTP plugin.
    So, please get in touch with the SMTP plugin Support Team so they can guide you in this regard.

    By the way, as you are using the Pro version of the plugin, please contact us via this form for premium support. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you.

    Thank you for the reply and help. I did not receive the new zip file, the email address in my profile was outdated. I have updated the email address so please resend to my email on the account here.

    For the new install do i uninstall current instance or install the new zip over the current installation? Also, will I lose the survey I already created?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I want to mention, that we sent an email to the email address via which you contacted us. We didn’t know it was an outdated one.

    Please contact us via this form from your new email address so that we can send you the zip file accordingly. In order not to lose your data, you need to follow the steps mentioned in our Update Guide.
    We can’t discuss the Pro version questions here, as commercial products are not supported in these forums.
