Updates don′t work when UM plugin is active.

    I had a problem. I couldn′t update all of my wordpress plugins because of some issues…
    -some updates are available, but when I click con “Update”, it dessapear.
    -some updates looks to work fine, but after update completes, it shows again the previous version
    -some times doesn′t show the “available updates” messages.
    -I can′t Update wordpress to 4.6

    Well… I send this issue to a2hosting. The said: “I checked out your site. The plugin Ultimate Member is interfering with the update checks in the WordPress Core. When the plugin is disabled and you hit Check for Updates, updates are returned. However, if the plugin is enabled, this does not happen. Try disabling the plugin and running the available updates. If they do not apply, please let us know.”

    After that, I′ve disbled the UM Plugin, and updates worked fine….

    Hi,

    This is strange. Not had anyone else report issues with updating plugins because UM is activated. This would be quite a big issue and would have been widely reported I would have thought.

    I will keep an eye out on support and see if we get any other reports of this over the next few days or not.
