Updates do not show on site

  • Hello, stuartist.com I use Twenty Thirteen and wordpress 3.9.
    After researching the issue I have found many similar questions but not the answer I need.
    I delete the image from my home page from the dashboard but see no changes on my site.
    I have cleared the browsers cache and checked all plugins, I do not have any cache plugins and I’ve also tried other browsers. I have tried just waiting to see if anything changes but to no avail.I still cannoy see any changes.
    Any suggestions please?
