Updates do not appear on mobile just desktop

  • Hi – I am having difficulty updating on mobile. Changes look right in elementor, but on the actual mobile device the changes do not appear. (I am using responsive mode to edit for mobile portrait.)

    Please see desktop version vs. mobile. Picnic table picture does not update. Top five rapper montage appears smaller than the preceding montage of old time musicians. (They are supposed to be the same size.)

    I feel like this should be pretty straightforward, so what I am missing?

    On my mobile (iPhone) I don’t see any issue, I see it correctly as well as I do on my laptop.

    Have you tried with a different mobile device to see if it happens only with one specific device?

    Thanks for looking! I really appreciate it.

    I only have one phone and my wife is at work now. But, I just downloaded chrome for the first time and it still appears wrong. I was using firefox in private mode (and safari too).

    Can you confirm that the picnic table picture is the same on desktop and mobile? The zoomed in photo (cutting off a corner of the bench is the correct one). And both the montage photos are appearing as the same size to you in mobile portrait?

    Didn’t update on my wife’s phone either…

    Hi again! If you haven’t tried this yet, can you clear the cache on your mobiles and then try again? Let me know how it goes ??

    Thanks. I cleared the history, cache and cookies. Didn’t fix it.

    I am sorry it didn’t work! You might want to reach out to the Elementor support channels then, it is probably something related to their product.
