Updates – changed files?

Hi, I have now been using WP for almost a year, and while I love it and the simple upgrade procedure, I’d be interested to know if you’re considering publishing a list of new/changed/deleted files for each update? Especially with the new editor using tinymce, there’s lots more files now, a large number of which don’t change, and it seems a waste to upload them all each time.

Or did I miss such a list?
