Updates Break Web Sites and They Don’t Care

This used to be a great piece of software. I have been an agency customer for many years. They introduced their new views and they break my client’s web site. I emailed them about this. They take weeks to even respond to support emails from paying customers. I don’t do business that way. I have discovered a new events calendar plugin that works as well and the free version includes everything I need to continue on as before. So TEC taking weeks to respond to support tickets has cost them this customer. Best of luck in using them. I would look at the Modern alternative before counting on a company that takes weeks to answer a support ticket.
