Updated YARPP and can't access admin site

  • I recently updated my site into latest version of WordPress and YARPP but then I can’t access the Updates and Plugins area on my admin site. When I click those two areas, all it have is a blank page. How can I manually deactivate the plugin and where? Please help. Thanks
