Updated WordPress by FTP but now getting errors, what’s wrong?

  • I updated my WordPress by uploading my files manually through FTP, thus replacing all of my old files and forgetting to back them up. Now I get the messages below. How can I fix this problem? Thank you for your help. :o)

  • Sounds like you have some missing files. There is an update thread around here somewhere that advises to do the update again, replacing all files.
