I already updated the new version for Web Stories, but all my stories (draft, published…) have the images missing in the new dashboard (even though they are in the library) and it goes really slowly.

Any way to solve these issues?

@conchigil Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Let’s gather a few more details to see if we can determine what may be the issue.

What operating device and browser are you using?
Does the same issue occur when using a Chrome browser incognito window?

Could you try to follow our troubleshooting guide to see if you still experience slowness that could be from potential plugin conflicts?

Lastly, to help us check on your plugin/theme set up for any obvious conflicts, could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    Thank you, Luckyna.
I already sent you my Site Health privately.
It seems it goes faster now, but I had to reload the images in the dashboard to see them properly.

@conchigil Thank you for the update. If your media is not loading you can check for any potential conflicts between Web Stories and another plugin on your site. To identify if a plugin is causing the issue, can you please perform the following troubleshooting steps?

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin
    2. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins and click Troubleshoot to enable Troubleshooting Mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely; this will not affect what your site visitors see, as it only changes the look and feel of your website for logged-in administrators.
    3. On the Troubleshooting Mode page, under Web Stories, click Enable while troubleshooting
    4. Go into the Web Stories Editor and see if you’re still experiencing slowness
    5. If slowness does not occur while in Troubleshooting Mode, re-enable your site’s plugins one-by-one by clicking Enable while Troubleshooting for each and checking the story again. This can help us pinpoint if a particular plugin or theme is causing the issue.

It’s also good to clear any server-side or plugin caching on a private/incognito browser to rule out any caching conflicts.

I’m facing the same problem, the plugin got very heavy and slow after the last update, sometimes my cpu get down
