Updated Version for Pro Customers

Hi,

This issue has not been resolved. I emailed you on 5/31, posted here on 6/1 and per your request, emailed again with my URL on 6/2 but have yet to get a response as of today, 6/5.

Even though I set the frequency to visitors see pop up three times, the pop up is being display every single time a customers mouses to close the page or tab.

I paid for the “show pop-up on specific pages or all pages” feature. How do I download a newer version but still have access to my paid feature?

I have version 2.0 and see the lasted version here is 3.2.1. Please advise as I currently have a campaign running.

Please let me know if I should simply delete the plugin and install a fresh download or if there is something else I can do to resolve this.
