So i logged into my host server and they informed me there was an update for WP so I updated using the simplescripts feature on my host. Update complete.

Then I went to look at my blog, and it is completely blank
https://www.gregdorter.com/blog. When I go to my admin page it is also completely blank. I restored to undo the installation of the update, and still, completely blank.

Any ideas why installing this update has turned my blog and admin page into an empty white pages, and what I can do to get my blog back?

If that is not possible, I have been able to install WP into a new directory and copied over the “content” directory from my other installation and now I have the layout and customizations from my blog on the new installation at https://www.gregdorter.com/blog2, but I can’t get the actual blog posts over.

I believe the content of the blog posts is stored somewhere in a MySql database, but I have no idea where to find this database so I can recover my blog posts. Is there any way I can recover those posts?
