Updated to WP 4.5.2 and get Access Denied Message

I have Genesis Simple edits version 2.1.4. It’s running with Genesis Framework 2.0.2. After Update to WP 4.5.2 I get an “Access Denied” message on blank screen when I try to enable the plug-in.
Fortunately, the plug-in still works when I’m running WP 4.4.3 with Genesis Framework 2.0.2.
