Updated to Worpdress 4.0 Now Listings not loading

Looking at the HTML of the site, I don’t have enough information to get a good idea of what is causing the issue. We have other clients using WordPress 4.0 and are not experiencing this sort of issue so I think the issue may be caused by another factor. When WordPress was updated was the theme or any other plugins updated?

I’ve tried disabling all other plug-in and clearing all cache and that didn’t fix it.

We are also having the problem after updating to WP 4.0 and/or updating Optima Express IDX plugin to newest version 2.2.7. The IDX plugin displays search listings but no content after selecting a home to view details.

I sent a support ticket just now as well. I will roll back the site from a backup and verify if the variable was the WP 4.0 update or if it was your plugin update and post my results soon.

So far in my troubleshooting I narrowed it down to an issue updating Google Analytics by Yoast plugin. Right after updating that plugin, it actually breaks the functionality of iHomeFinder with both the top map in the search results listings and the issue with no content after selecting a home to view details. I’ll finish my troubleshooting within the hour to see if there are any other items conflicting with iHomeFinder Optima Express IDX.

SOLVED: Just confirmed issue is with Google Analytics for WP plugin version 5.0 up to 5.0.6. Google Analytics for WP plugin version 4.3.5 does work with newest version of iHomeFinder Optima Express IDX and WP 4.0.

I would not consider this resolved, as there still seems to be a conflict with Yoast’s Google Analytics plugin.

Completely agree. Analytics are vital to measuring ROI. If we can’t use the great Google Analytics plugins out there, then it seems that a different IDX solution may be in order.

Optima Express should be compatible with Google Analytics plugins. Previous versions of Google Analytics by Yoast were working, and it looks like this issue has been introduced in later versions. As Steven Geldersma mentioned previously, version 4.3.5 is working with Optima Express. You may want to report the issue to the Yoast developers and/or try an alternative Google Analytics plugin.
