The current guidance from FooGallery is to clear caches or roll back to previous version of the plugin.

Can someone please at least tell me how to debug this?
Is there a log or database table I can look in?

It seems like there might just be an issue with FooGallery knowing how to create URLs back to the galleries and album I can see in my WP Admin console, but I can’t figure out why it’s failing to do that.

Is there a fix coming from FooGallery for this? Has anyone else here fixed this and can tell me how to fix mine?

    Thanks!

    Hi @jdwphou,

    Apologies for the delay.

This is very unusual and definitely should not be happening.

To quickly rule out issues would you please:

    1) Go to WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and save your permalinks
    2) Clear both the HTML and CSS cache buttons in your FooGallery Settings.
    3) Clear any other WordPress caching plugins you have running.

Note that if you have recently changed the album slug in the settings then this requires the permalinks are saved again.

Let me know if the above works. If not, please reply and I’ll get back to you quickly with further suggestions.

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill
